Republicans are not the only ones who commit fraud. Fraud goes across both parties. I'll reserve judgement on this one until we know what really happened. One follow up report on Fox said that at least one of the machines was not tampered with, it was a cumulative counter that had something to do with the life of the machine.

Steal it "the other way." Swing the vote to Kerry. They know that they're going to lose, so make people doubt President Kerry right off the bat. Strip his mandate. Begin gathering public sentiment for impeachment.
