Joe Lockhart on New England Cable News says

Turnout in Democratic areas in Ohio and Florida are exceeding their expectation while Republican areas are seeing turnout slightly below the 2000 levels in those states.

He's holding a press conference here in Boston.

I hope he's right!

4. Did you read the piece in the Oregonian this morning?

Turnout here in Oregon will exceed 80 percent easily, probably closer to 85 percent. I think that bodes well for us.

And there is NO line, doesnt look very busy at all. I will go vote at 1 and then go have some clam chowder. ;)

BTW My Kerry sign is in the window for people to see as they vote.
