2:00 PM (ET) "VNS" Numbers, according to kos
Edited on Tue Nov-02-04 04:13 PM by BurtWorm
Exit polls
by kos
Tue Nov 2nd, 2004 at 18:03:32 GMT

Jerome over at MyDD gets the big scoop on the 2 p.m. VNS numbers:

.........AZ CO LA PA OH FL MI NM MN WI IA NH
Kerry....45 48 42 60 52 51 51 50 58 52 49 57
Bush.....55 51 57 40 48 48 47 48 40 43 49 41

In 2000, the early numbers favored Bush. In 2002, exit polling was terribly innacurate. Exit polling also doesn't account for absentee and early ballots. And it's still early in the day. PA and MN will be much closer than these number indicate.

So please, please take with a giant grain of sand.

12. I noticed that. Could be an automatic thing.
But VNS (Voter's News Service), as some people might not know, is defunct and has been replaced by a consortium called NEP, I think, whose numbers are crunched by AP.

9. From rawstory.com
Here are the first exit polls, confirmed from sources in both parties, as leaked to RAW STORY. The first number is the percentage of voters supporting Kerry, the second are those supporting Bush.

AZ 45-55
CO 48-51
LA 42-57
MI 51-48
WI 52-48
PA 60-40
OH 52-48
FL 51-48

A second round of polls, conducted by the Kerry campaign, show similar trends, also suggesting the senator will will New Mexico and New Hampshire.

MICH 51-47
NM 50-48
MINN 58-40
WISC 52-43
IOWA 49-49
NH 57-41
