Pennsylvania: African-American precients 102% of expectations
Got this from Kos:

Pennsylvania: African American preceints performing at 102% of expectations, Hispanic 136%

Florida: Dem base precients 14% higher turnout than Bush base preceints.

Ohio: AA prec. performing at 106% of expectations.
Hispanic prec. 144%
Precients which went for Gore in 2000 performing 8% higher than Bush 2000 prec.

Michigan: Dem base preceints 8% higher than GOP.
