We all saw the bullshit going-on in Ohio this morning with challengers.

We saw how close the affirmative action decision was.
And the sodomy decison.
And the campaign finance reform decision.

If there's anything in the world that we need on our side, it's a properly-stacked court system. The checks on the judiciary's powers are SOOOOOOOO weak that the courts are, in effect, the final word on a multitude of issues. If we build a lead in the federal court system, our side - the side of Reality - always gets the Final Word.

And not just for a simple four-year term. Try 10 years. Or 20. Or even 30.
