1. Even if its tears?
I have to admit it. I've broken down several times today. I see everyone standing in line to vote on the tv screen and in pictures. In the back of my mind I remember the protests from 2000 and all the people who got disenfranchised.

I've had this anger for four years and sometimes I need to cry my tears of hope and joy.

4. Totally understandable.
Four years of built-up frustration and rage boiling over can have a pretty emotional impact. Just don't think it's over yet.

its a bit dramatic and all but some people drink and some people cry...it's been a very emotional day for me as well.

4 years of being batted around like a sock puppet and today feels like a knock out punch!

But believe me, they are TEARS OF JOY and HOPE! Tears of PRIDE!

And yes, I'm still scared to death - but this is easily one of the most emotional days of my life.
