Freepers Deperately Cling to Hope in AOL Oline Poll
Idiots are relegated to a single bright spot : a fucking online poll.

This, from a sleazy rw blog that i will not link to --

AOL Exit Poll Favors Bush

A reader points out that as of about 5:50 p.m., the AOL online exit poll has about 371,000 votes at 57-41 for Bush. The AOL poll is, of course, completely unscientific, but is it any less so than the exit polls whose numbers are flying around the web?

5. As A Long Term AOL Subscriber
AOL is mostly republicans in terms of their subscribers. It is the most expensive ISP and these polls are just questionnaires located on each members home page. For years when any republican VS Democratic poll is set up it is usually highly weighted to wards republicans. Any poll on AOL about this election is meaningless as they are primarily getting republicans to vote in it. In short it does not show an equal breakdown of AOL subs by their political affiliation. It is all a "feel good" thing and nothing else. Forget about anything you ever hear on or about any AOL conducted poll. It's foolish.
