will not be counted tonight.

Pubbies obtained a temporary restraining order claiming that they had not been given a complete list of those obtaining an absentee ballot.

Pubbies therefore charge that people may have voted twice.

Hearing to be held at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow.

Parties are Repubs and Phil. Election Board.

Dems tried to join suit but were dismissed. They could appeal that decision.

MSNBC reported.
