The key will be to see how well K/E does on No. Va. As of now, Kerry is competitive with NOTHING yet from Arlington, Alexandria or Fairfax counties.

1. there are some votes from Arl/Alex (see District 8)
but many more from more strongly Repuke districts.

3. also a few NoVA votes shown in the Wolf-Socas race but
that is a more Rethug area of NoVA (nouveau upper-middle class McMansion owners).
