ABC News declares Specter winner in PA
Don't know if it's ABC corp, or WHTM (our local)...still early (30% reporting) so I don't know what they're up to.

Specter is a moderate/liberal repub. The GOP leadership hates him.
It would be like if Zell Miller won for us...not exactly a "victory"
