I have over 8000 posts! I believe the reason that we are loosing....
so many southern Senate seats is because of Osama. That DAMN tape got the Rethugs out to vote!!! That is my only explanation.

We don't accept that some Southerners are simply more conservative and respond more to the paternal "authoritative" figure than the rest of us East-costers, West-coasters, and Midwesterners. It's one of the points Howard Dean made when he tried to reach out to those "Confederate flag" Southerners. He was trying to have dialogue with them, exchange ideas with them... be inclusive, rather than stick our noses up in the air and look at the "welfare state" citizens with disdain.
