If Kerry loses OH and FL but wins NH and NV and all 2000 Gore states...
...it'll be a 269-269 tie.

14. How'd you figure that?
Gore didn't win OH, FL, NH or NV in 2000 and he had 267 EV's. NH is worth 4. NH and the Gore 2000 states are all we need to win.

15. The numbers of EV's in many states have changed.

I think I heard that Gore states have lost 8 electoral votes due to revised congressional apportionment. the 2000 election was working with 1990 Census population figures, not 2000 ones.
