per Joe Lockhart right now (11:23pm eastern) on PBS.

Ohio still voting. According to www.talkingpointsmemo.com GOP trying to prevent those already in line at closing time from voting.

THis is causeing delay in results from some areas in OH.

7. Except that...
its the law. If you're in line when the polls close, you still get to vote. Its right up there with the provisional ballot and the not-needing photo id.
