4. Not yet. Look at Cuyahoga, one of the few left to count:

Bush, George W. Republican 154,396 36.82%

Precincts Reporting: 62.19% 419,280

It's going strongly Kerry 2:1 and there are like 350K of people left to count.

6. Unless the final margin is over 120,000, it's NOT over!
There are at least that many provisional votes not yet counted -- and they may take until the 11th to be counted.

While the margin is less than the provisional votes, the state is still in play.
