Sure would be nice if bushCartel could hold off on their "win" until all the votes are actually COUNTED.

Apparently that's a lot to ask though.

yes.

Which means that Kerry needs to make-up about 138000 votes through provisional ballots.

If there are 200,000 provisionals, I'll be feelin' pretty good..

We don't know how many provisionals there are.

And no one, it seems, knows how many military votes haven't been counted, either.
