WILL YOU PEOPLE EVER FUCKING WAKE UP??????
Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 06:31 AM by Zorra
Listen DUers and other Dems, I love you.

But you have to start facing the truth.

The GOP stole the 2000 election, they murdereed Paul Wellstone, they used electronic voting machines to steal Max Cleland's and stole other seats in the 2002 election, and they have used electronic voting machines and other voter fraud methods to steal the 2004 election.

Listen, I tried to get people to engage in a general strike, and to boycott RW corporations in 2000 after Bu$h was selected.

I left the US to go on a personal general strike and boycott after Bu$h was selected in 2000. I didn't know what else to do. I felt like everyone I spoke to just thought I was crazy and you rolled over like as bunch of beta puppies.

God damn it, I hope y'all fucking join me and organize a general strike and boycott now.

Do you get it now?

Civil Disobedience. Live it. Breathe it.

The fascists have stolen America with electronic voting machines.

Legal challenges are fine, go for it, but they will be fruitless.

{b]Stop giving them your money.

Make the sacrifice. Kill your TV. Buy friendly.

Yeah, sure, call me a "tin foil hatter".

Yuh....right.:puke:

Give me liberty, or give me death

1. OUR leaders let computer voting theft occur.....they were WARNED
they closed their ears to facts....

it's called a "crime" .... the exit polls showed 5% other in Florida and Ohio...all the others were right

2. It's apparent.
I've been "awake" to the situation for quite a while now.

I also believe that the GOP is attempting to provoke America into civil unrest, leading to Martial Law and the criminalization of liberals in general.

Perhaps you'll cut your phone line too?

Do you have any medical conditions for which you talk pharmaceuticals at your doctor's direction?

How about giving up on the Kellogg's Rice Krispies?

8. That was unfair....
The Amish seem to do quite well without both electricity and telephones not to mention automobiles....right here in NE Ohio. General strikes seem to have worked well in France as well.

11. Then how does one post on an Internet Web site sans...
...electricity?

Also the Amish, or as we pronounce it Iowa Ay-mish, are apolitical. They neither vote nor seek elective office. If one wished to be real nasty about the Amish, one could rightly say they are nothing more than parasites on the body politic.

And as for general strikes, tell that to Lane Kirkland. Yes, they work in France and I wish the AFL-CIO would follow suit. But, alas, the union movement is as splintered as the political landscape.

No Faux Spewes, MSRNC, CNN, etc. No stupid IT polls to "DU" whose only purpose is to gauge the numbers of their captive audience, etc, etc, etc...the media whores and their corporate masters would be inconsequential in the scheme of the body politic if we could not/would not access them...

4. You left the USA? Ha!
You have no right to lecture those of us who stayed and fought. Your rant is a mean-spirited, cowardly joke.

It's easy to say "Give me liberty, or give me death" when you are under no risk of the latter.

Come back and fight, and then I'll stop laughing at you.

14. Did we really fight BareKnuckledLiberal ?
Joe Lieberman went to Florida, let his pants drop around his ankles and bent over. IMHO we need not argue amongst ourselves and conserve our energy to truly fight these criminals in the days ahead. eg: Are we going to let the Bush/DeLay goons come to Ohio to intimidate us as they did in Dade County? Please don't take this as me lecturing you, it is not my intent.

15. Look, sonny. What did you do after Bu$h stole the last election? You
rolled over and kissed Bu$h's ass, paid your taxes to support the illegitimate government, watched FOX NEWS and a bunch of other RW crap, bought corporate products every single day, and supported Bu$h's war like a good boy.

Yuh. Go ahead and laugh.

10. Start by suggesting a bank that I can move my money to
I am all for moving all my assets out of the United States. I figure that eventually foreign countries will start calling in their loans and will bankrupt the US. I don't want my money here when that happens.

I can't leave the country. I would if I could but I can't leave my family and they won't go.

I'm all for boycotting any company that participates in this shit by contributing to the Republican party. Create a list of companies to boycott and I'll be the first to join you.

19. I moved my money to what we call the "Bank of Folgers". In other words,
I have it buried in coffee cans.

Their are lists of Republican companies already compiled.

Since I live outside the country and buy my things locally, this is very easy to do.

But hey, I understand. Debt is the republican way of insuring indentured servitude.

IMO, it is a good idea to not to ever live beyond your means.

It is a deliberate corporate trap that steals your liberty, and makes you unable to fight without much sacrifice.

12. As much as I dislike Ayn Rand, she has a point...
...in Atlas Shrugged, where the "good" members of society simply drop out and let the U.S. collapse under its own weight until it's ready to acknowledge them as the rightful leaders.

Perhaps it's time for those of us in the "blue" states to simply stop contributing to America and let the "red" staters find out that they need us after all.

this thread has a point. Gawd, that cheesy old song "I never promised you a rose garden" is playing in my head but it rings true. Nothing truly worth while is easy. My ancestors severed in battle for this Country's liberties back to the Civil War, i.e., for the winners = the North. There's no way in hell I'm going to give up on America.

Look at it this way folks. The Republicans will self-destruct as a party if they're given free reign for another four years. Yes, it's gonna hurt bad but there is hope.

Let's all leave the country and live off the land without electricity!

That'll show em!

You do realize that was her "solution"?

I'm a "lapdog" because I live in America, use technology, pay taxes, rent an apartment etc. I guess the only way to go is to leave, now. Or take up arms.

Great.

34. Well, if you can figure out how not to use the system in the US, that
could work, too.

I know a bunch of people that do it to a great extent.

It takes some study and some sacrifice.

Taking up arms at this point would be counterproductive.
