So did FL count their early votes then?

If so, why the big difference? Wasn't Kerry up by like 9% in FL in Early Voting?

2. I'm not sure I believe that

The released tallies were up about 25% over last time, and that was about the projection of how much voting would be up.

Do you have a source?

4. Early voting is counted with regular voting
There is no difference between an early vote and a regular vote, except that it is CAST early (but COUNTED with the rest of the regular votes)

However, there are over one MILLION provisional and absentee ballots still to be counted in FL where the margin is 300,000

6. 1.6 million i think
provisional and absentee.

mine is in there. i thought at least the absentee ballot is paper, you have to physically toss it out to make it go away.

is it 'possible'? yes. likely? im sceptical.
