They haven't proved the votes were cast without a paper trail.

Take it to the Supreme Court.

I know what you are saying, but the fact no recount can be conducted is what is driving ANY contest of the result.

How can a recount be done without a paper trail?

Lawyers and investigators need to be on this one in Florida.

We need MANPOWER in Ohio, though.
