Sorry..I am shaking all over right now.
Sorry for my lack of self control...but I feel
physically ill, frightened and so betrayed
by John Kerry.
HOW will he explain this to us?
HOW will he justify concession BEFORE the
investigation of BLATANT voting fraud?
He did not fight at ALL!
He promised, HE PROMISED!

10. Kerry's GOT TO have something up his sleeve, right?
I mean, like enough evidence to impeach not just Bush, but the whole den of thieves. Right? Or something?

My take is this is OUTRIGHT MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD, similar to the smaller scale e-voting frauds that apparently occurred in the mid-term elections in 2002.

Kerry has a plan, he MUST have a plan. I'm praying & praying, Kerry may have conceded the election, but HE HAS A PLAN.

Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 11:56 AM by Minstrel Boy
In the presidential papers of George HW Bush is a letter from John Kerry, which he'd signed with the traditional salutation of the Bonesman bond, "Yours in 322."

It's no conspiracy theory to ask the question, Which bond has been the strongest for Kerry?

45. Nope...
I turned my back on Kerry after his IWR vote, only to reconsider over the past half-year. Over the past two days, I did what I once vowed I would never do: made 130 phone calls on his behalf on election day, and stood on a streetcorner in a downpour for hours waving a Kerry sign at passing motorists the day before.

I went the extra mile for John Kerry. He should have gone the extra mile for us.

I say that, even if he knew he had little or no chance of winning. Why? Because it would have been a sign to those victims of voter suppression that, win or lose, they would not be ignored -- their votes would be counted, even if they proved in the end to be too few.

Instead, he sent the message that "national healing" :eyes: was more important than justice. Too bad, John...I really expected more of you. "No Retreat, No Surrender"...? Don't make me laugh!

DO NOT let them take you.
My daughter and I have already discussed it.
If they try to draft her, and let's face it
in their quest to control the people of the world
through militarism, it is likely that they will try to
force all of you to serve, you must be prepared
to resist. My daughter has said she will do one of
two things- go to prison or go underground.
I will support her in either decision should it come to that.
I am grieving deeply for the youth of our nation

47. I would have prefered that he hold out longer.
In fact, I would have liked it better if Kerry had run his campaign in a much different way. I think that he made numerous errors that hurt his chances, and likely set the democratic party back significantly.

But he didn't.

The republican machine was able to steal the 2000 election when there was absolute proof Gore had won. I believe that Kerry won .... I am convinced he won in Ohio, and I am sure that he won in other states, too. I think that without the degree of criminal behavior that there was in Florida, meaning that if all eligible voters were allowed to vote and have their ballots counted, that Kerry would have won Florida, too.

But he didn't.

I like John Kerry, but I recognize that he is part of a system that is so flawed that at this point in time, it is entirely incapable of producing any honest or decent actions. Our congress -- and I mean both the House and Senate -- are corrupt to an extent that a John Kerry is rendered impotent as far as contesting it.

Yet I will not waste time blaming him .... any more than I'm going to get angry at my cat for not barking when someone comes to my door. It's not in his nature or make-up. I believe he wanted to do it, but he is not capable.

It's time to move in a slightly different direction. Many people on DU have been saying this for some time. The democratic party should not be defined only by those who walk in the hallways of congress, or who are acceptable to the power elite. And a first step is finding some leaders who say to the republican machine that we aren't using their fucking computers to count the votes. Maybe we'll use our old abacus to start counting. Maybe we need to use some old-fashioned technology and concepts, like one person gets one vote.

51. Say goodbye to America
Say hello to Armageddon

We have all been played for fools. Kerry could have at least pretended to put up a fight. He couldn't even do that. We have been betrayed.

Democracy is dead. We are on our own. Time for a new paradigm. The old one will never work again.

Forget the Democratic Party. Forget taking back the government. Forget it all. What we are fighting for now is much more basic. If the world is going to change, then we have to change our society and politics is not the way to do that. From here on out it not about politics, it's about finding away to survive these maniacs and somehow put a stop to a culture that is based on their brand of faith-based reality.

I don't know what I'm going to do next or how to stand up against the beast. All I know, is that I can't stop at least trying.

Peace Be to All of You,
DYEW

58. You all sound worse than Freepers...
he was bought off, in league with them. We're supposed to be reality based remember.

I'm a lawyer so I tend to apply LOGIC. He lost the popular vote. He's supposed to hold out for vote counting in a republican state where the margin of victory was larger than the number of ballots that were to be counted and where he would have had to basically win them all and they would have all had to be valid-provisionals in the right precinct etc.

The problem is we have no power. He could yell and scream and sue and we would have lost and it would have been spun so badly against us that we would likely be left in a weaker position.

I can't believe how heartless you all are. This campaign has been hell for everyone but mostly for John Kerry. I am proud of what he did and how he held up against some of the most vile and reprehensible attacks I've ever seen. Why don't some of you try it if you're so sure of yourselves.

Show some respect.
