They haven't taken our computers yet. We have email. WE HAVE THE POWER, as Howard Dean says. We can TELL the media what we like, and what we DON'T like.

The truth of the matter is that the bitching takes place largely in partisan forums. Not enough people complain to the TV and radio outlets, boycott their advertisers, make a stink, write letters to the editor, make phone calls and GRIPE directly to these offending agencies.

Think about it. We punched the ever-lovin' shit out of SINCLAIR on a wing and a prayer, with almost NO NOTICE. We all got outraged and got active. IMAGINE if we did this sort of thing in a precise, systematic way. An alert goes out, everyone starts bitching, typing and calling. Media outlets are overwhelmed with a tide of SCORN. Advertisers are put on notice. Individual media whores are held up for scrutiny and called to account. Demonstrations are planned and executed. That's how the Fundies did it, and they aren't as computer savvy as we are. If we decide to go that route, we could kick some serious ass between now and the mid term elections, and that could make all the difference.

WE HAVE THE POWER. We just need to use it, en masse.

An empty street would show how popular he isn't. If you must line the street though, I think turning your backs on the motorcade when it passes you would be appropriate and won't be considered vandalism like eggs would be. Make sure there are people there with video cameras so that it gets posted on the internet. You know the mainstream news isn't going to show anything disrespectful of the Chimperor, so you need to put it up yourselves.
