You guys are crackin me up bigtime :-)
Yesterday our guy Kerry was the MAN.
Today some of you are tearing him and our party apart like a bunch of jackals.

Go...leave...run to Canada...dont let the door hit ya in the ass either:-)

We need to thin the heard...only the strong survive...and live to fight another day.

Fairweather dems who do not have the stomach for this are out of their league.

Its one thing to be pissed its another to self implode.

Buck up or get the fuck out.

It was close and we lost.

Crying foul, Diebold, Media conspiracy wont change a damn thing.

Flame away....but the real fighters here will get my point.

1. Hey, big fighter man
Let people vent, cut them some slack, and lose the kick-some-ass attitude for at least a day. Come back tomorrow when a lot of the anger has subsided.

30. Reality check?
This is not just THEIR mess it's OUR mess too.

It's not just THEIR kids who will be drafted, but OURS too.

It's not just THEIR jobs lost, but OURS too.

It's not just THEIR Social Security that will be cut, but OURS too.

They won't turn on their own, but they have already turned on US.

There's YOUR fucking reality check.

24. I'm mad too but I don't go running around accusing Kerry for our fuck ups.
We elected him as our rep, we stumped for him, we defended him, we did the GOTV, we went to the rally's to support him, we emailed, mailed, called and cheered him. Don't blame the man, who worked his ass off for us as being the failure. WE failed him, it was our lack of votes that didn't get him elected. We are the voters. we are the ones that supposedly make the choice. We fucked up. Period.
Who do we feel duped by? Kerry? The Repukes? Or our own concept of self entitlement.
Please folks, be angry but think about what you are angry about. John Kerry wasn't santa claus, he was a candidate for the Democratic party. Period. He held what WE believed to be a good future, he held out hope, but once again, it is us who are the ones to make that happen, and sadly we didn't.
But this doesn't mean all hope is lost. We have two long years till the midterm elections, let's turn them on their ears!
We have work to do!!! Don't give up now!

People knew what he was about. The only bad thing he did was show some enthusiasm and it is a shame that no one defended him when the corporate media attacked him for it.

25. Buck up or get out?
Are you kidding me? Our party is dead. The only elected Dems who appear to be out there fighting real issues are those in the CBC. Everyone else has rolled over for Bush, and silently stood by while elections were stolen. The only person who wanted to change the system was Dean, and then we let the right wingers scare us away from him at the last minute. You know what? I think I will leave. I need a party with some balls/ovaries!

Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 06:34 PM by HypnoToad
cautiously optimistic and even spoke up against those who were predetermined to think Kerry would win.

But you're right. Diebold won't change a thing. Selection 2000 didn't, and the New Yorker (whose unprecedented endorsement of a candidate, Kerry) made a big point about how the Constitution dealt with Florida/2k but Traitor* chose the Partisan Supreme Court instead.
