FOLKS- Social values are OUR turf!
If we lost on this issue, it was from pure incompetence.

The rights of the individual, civil rights, etc., these are some of our best issues. Fighting against racism- who can take that away from us? Who can tell us that's a BAD thing?

Seriously, if the Repukes want to play this fucking game, we should welcome it. We just need to get our shit together and start playing hard.

2. Kick indeed, we need to focus on Catholics who believe in these
issues more than abortion. We need to fight tooth and nail against being cast as a godless and morally bankrupt party.

3. not just civil rights
Not just fighting racism... but, also fighting for working & middle class families to have a living wage & affordable health care... fighting to protect God's green earth... fighting to make college affordable to everybody... fighting for good education for all of our children, not unfunded mandates.
