The Right Negative Image To Attach To Republicans: FOUND!
I think I've found it.

OPERATION COLD WAR.

From now on, exploit the whole "red state" thing for all it's worth. Refer to Republicans not as "red staters", but as "REDS". Refer to the Republican agenda as "THE RED MENACE". Refer to the administration as the "POLITBURO", and the White House as the "KREMLIN". Fox News is "PRAVDA", the rest of the so-called 'liberal media' is "TASS".

Let's milk this bitch for all it's worth. Hardcore neo-cons are REDS; moderate Republicans are PINKOS.

Comparisons: Like Marx, America's Politburo understands that religion is the opiate of the masses. But even more insidious than Marx's effort to remove religion, the new Red Menace exploits religion. Rather than pointing out religious extremism as the opiate that it is, the new Red Menace is conspiring with the opiate pushers to keep the masses drugged and incoherent.

A steady stream of photo-remixing, merging classic Soviet-era propaganda art with icons of the administration.

Let the new mantra be: BETTER DEAD THAN RED.

Let's take their own historical propaganda campaign of hate and turn it against them.

There's a LOT of mileage that could be had with this. You think?
