I have a *feeling* not a very strong one though, that the Kerry team may have an ace up its sleave and they just don't want them to expect it. Hence the VERY early concession. I mean, why not AT LEAST wait until the end of the day and see if any major fraud surfaces? If not I will feel abandoned, hurt, upset, angry and everything else all at once.

1. I also have that feeling
I think the lawyers are hot on getting freedom of information
request disclosures from an obscuring bunch of criminal repukes to
prove that the counts have been falsified.

As it stands, florida and Ohio should be thrown out of the overall
count, as the votes have already shown blatant corruption, like
the nation should have thrown out florida in 2000.

2. It's not over yet.
As it's been said, votes are being checked over and over and when the truth comes out, there will be more thrusts per squeeze than ever before . Repukes will see some serious rueage. They stole the last election, but, they won't get away with that this time. Don't count Kerry down yet!

3. Do you know anything for sure?
Or are you just speculating?

All we've had so far is silence from both the party and the campaign. It's like they just disappeared.

6. Don't think Kerry wants the media to take wind of this. They would
constantly hound him and tell him he's just a sore loser and trying to steal the election. He's probably compounding irrefutable evidence of mounting fraud. When you're up against an empire, you probably don't want the enemy to know that you are on their tail!

played or not, but here in GD: NtbA, MSNBC has just announced that Diebold is being sued:

11. evilqueen, don't think they will drop it. If proven, this will be an
impeachable offense. Kerry knows this nation is at stake and bringing down these criminals will be the best for this nation! Have faith! Kerry has our back, I believe!

13. I'm at the point where I'm scared to get my hopes up again.
Sure, let them do their investigating and whatnot, but in the meantime while they're doing that, we can work on organizing our consumer boycott and starve the beast.

16. Kerry/Edwards DO NOT have any aces up their sleeves!!!
And they're NOT "behind the scenes" trying to un-do THIS election! Their armies of lawyers are NOT on the ground. None of the black boxes have been impounded ANYWHERE! And to "prove the fraud" before Rove gets hold of the machines, they would have to have moved swiftly and decisively to impound the records before the cards could be switched.

How can you guys fall for this "behind the scenes" "SECRET" crap? Duh???? This is a VERY public, VERY WELL KNOWN message board. To think, for even one split second, that rimjob (FreeRepublic) didn't copy and paste the very first "Kerry is working stealthily behind the scenes, so as not to get noticed" post and forward it immediately to Rove, is to be living in some sort of an alternate universe. Rove, and the whole Diebold team, knows all about these little "secret" plans we keep speculating about. They knew about it BEFORE we did!!

If the machines weren't impounded, and the cards locked down, you can bet on it that the Diebold bunch has already cleaned up the programming that threw the election to bush. After all, who else has ACCESS to the innards of those machines, except the Diebold or ES&S folks, without a court order? Answer: NOBODY!

All we can do is hope Ralph Nader can contest enough of the states to draw attention to the corruptibility of the machines, and we might get a few more votes in the Kerry column with what votes we're turning up. I do believe Bev, and organizations she is affiliated with, will be able to prove fraud, along with Nader. But is it going to be enough to reverse the election?

When the media won't run with it, or will spin it in bush's sympathy, and when the judges sitting on the benches, or the republican Atty. Generals won't take the cases, what leg are we going to be standing on?

This is NOT A DONE DEAL, and we're NOT SECURE at this point. We're most certainly NOT SECRET!! Their team is scrubbing faster than we're uncovering, you can count on that.

They haven't turned the greatest Democracy on the planet into a fascist totalitarian state by NOT having their "players" in the right spot at the right time. And THEY are the ones with the power....power unchecked by ANY branch of government, much less by us.

I'd love to feel all warm & fuzzy and think that superman or luke skywalker are going to save us from this. Bev Harris and Ralph Nader are formidable foes for the republicans, but look at the machine they're up against!

We need to WORK HARD on this, and get as many of the dots connected as we possibly can! Don't sit back hoping John Kerry and John Edwards are "on it". I'm sure they're not ignoring the vote certification processes going on, but I promise you, their hands are about as tied as ours are against this mob.

But whatever they might have up their sleeves, I promise you Rove knows all about it, and has sent his goons to screw it up.

:kick:

17. That would be nice wouldn't it
I don't know if he does or not. We'd hope that he wouldn't really give up so easily. I have thought on this for the past few days and have considered that. If he concedes and others bring forth evidence of voter fraud and the decision is reversed, he would be more legitamately accepted as president than if he brings forth evidence of fraud and goes through legal battles to become president. Our side is unhappy with the prospect of four more years of Bush, but roughly half of the country would be upset without Bush. Just as we protest election fraud, they would protest against a Kerry fraud investigation.
