And they are being very careful about it, but they know...

I'm willing to bet that there a few Republicans that would not stand for it either if they knew. They were not ALL in on it. If presented w/ credible evidence, they would have to do something about it. But I DO think that they know. It's a start. We may or may not get anywhere, but it's nice to know that at least THEY know.

1. Of course they know.
They also know or suspect that the US govt. is complicit in the 9.11.01 attacks on the country. (They knew Iran-Contra went all the way to the top, and did nothing.)

Trouble is, what are they gonna do about it? They are probably getting death threats (read up on Julius Ceasar, if you haven't already). Shoot, we already had democrats getting the anthrax letters.

I think the only thing people in the real know (those with evidence) can do is leak this shit out to us.

But will it be enough, in time?

Probably not.

Sieg heil.

2. Knowing and being able to prove it in court are two different things.

Nothing needs to be proven in court at this point. The burden of proof is not on the people, it is on the officials. The people have a right to have confidence in their elections. It is our untilate check on our government.

Imagine of the police could not begin an investigation into a murder, or question any suspects, until and unless they had already rpoven a particular suspect's guilt. No crime would ever be solved.

Why would any one try to dissuade people from acting on their suspicions about this? What possible motive justifies that?

4. Right now, we just need to get those optical scan ballots recounted
in Florida. All those counties ... the voting makes NO sense ... doesn't match the registration or the exit polling in any way. One kind of vote counting is causing all these anomalies. Why is it Nov. 8 and those paper ballots (optical scan) are not being fucking recounted right fucking NOW!?

6. Because someone needs to request a recount, like Gore did last time.
Kerry has not requested any recounts. Bandarik said it's too expensive, he isn't going to do it.
Nader tried to request a recount in New Hampshire, but didn't send a check, so, I am not sure if the recount will go on. Nobody is going to recount anything unless a loosing candidate asks for it.

7. I don't think they are on it or doing anything about it.
Kerry conceded. I think it's naive to think he is doing anything behind the scenes.

9. You misunderstand.

I think he (Kerry) ran to lose, but Bush is so hated that they had to
cheat. He (Kerry) conceded immediately to shut down any official
examination of the election rigging, which would threaten the intended
result. The Dems are all quiet because there is nothing they can say,
their position is indefensible with rhetoric. Further divisiveness
threatens the status quo and acceptance of the imposed outcome.
They are waiting for the anger to die down and despair to set it,
and hoping that we will all give up and move on.

I know, I'm nuts.

8. How much money would Ralph have to pony up to get a recount?
Anyone know?

10. I've heard $50,000 and I've heard $80,000. But knowing 'net rumors
they could both be wrong. Also heard the check jamemd inthe fax machine, but that he can still contest the deadline issue and pay later. Not sure, really, what the heck is going on.
