to pay for the millions of new babies that will have to be supported each year?

The majority of women who have abortions have them because they are ill-equipped to raise a child, either emotionally or financially.

So who's going to pay to take care of the millions of new babies each year?

And most importantly to republicans, Are they willing to raise taxes to support all of these new babies?

1. The Repubs' only responsibility is getting
babies here. After that the Xian thing to do is let them starve, be ill, and give them a poor education while they bitch about all the taxes they pay.

2. Yeah. Who said MY TAXES should support them?
I work hard for my money. If their parents are irresponsable hedonist sinners, the gov't shouldn't reward them for it!

3. I've found that many "pro-life" people
are just hypocrites who are competely full of shit.

You know why conservatives worry so much about protecting the unborn? Because it's easy. You don't have to do anything, all you have to do is say you are pro-life.

These people don't really want abortions to end. They just want a reason to feel like they are better than other people. If they really wanted to end abortions, they would establish programs that help children once they are born if they are born.

5. And if their darling daughter gets knocked up by a guy....
who's not prime marriage material, they'll have the matter dealt with ASAP. Count on that.

6. or go back to self abortions
and if they die from sepsis, well then, they deserve it for attempted murder. I have spoken to a few people who absulutely support the death penalty without the slightest bit of remorse. I can see, if it it goes on, and indeed, the non educated believe that a bunch of unconscious cells is a "child" and that emotional appeal is spread via churches etc., that the black and white mind set toward the death penalty will seep over into a judgement on women who in desperation, die from attempts at self abortion.

poor women
