A easy way to deal with stress:Lesson 1

I'm going to teach you all something that has been known for a long time. I'll try to make it as easy as possible. This is something everyone can do in their home for 15 to 30 minutes at the start of the day.

Step 1: Remove pillows and covers from bed to create a flat surface.
Step 2: Once you have a flat surface lay down on your back.
Step 3: Close your eyes, relax your body.
Step 4: Clear your mind of all thought and allow yourself to stay in a relaxed state of being for 15 to 30 minutes.
