Progressives and Regressives.

So, we have been accused of running away from the term "Liberal" by using the term "Progressive".

Yes, we are Progressives. We believe in progress. We believe in a positive future. We believe in freedon and opportunity for all, not just the wealthy elite and their coporations. The Reds are Regressives. The believe in less freedom. They believe in lower wages for the working folk. They believe in less healthcare, less equality, fewer reproductive choices, fewer education choices. They believe that the military should be the only opportunity open to our young men and women. They believe torture is good. They believe offshoring jobs is good for the economy.

Progressives believe in worker's rights. Regressives believe in corporate dominance.

Progressives believe in hope. Regressives believe in fear.

Progressives want to enrich the people. Regressives want to enrich the wealthy.

Progressives work to create good jobs. Regressives proudly destroy jobs.

Progressives want to speak out. Regressives want you to shut up.

Where Progressives believe in bright and expanding horizons, the Regressives believe that beyond the narrow dark horizon lie enemies and monsters.

Where Progressives seek to better our world for our children and their children and their children, the Regressives actually believe "we'll all be dead".

The Regressives cater to or are a part of a Doomsday cult!

I've said this before - We are the result of generations of natural selection that favors the progressive spirit. It is in our blood. Why turn away from our greatest strength?

Progressives believe in personal freedom. Regressives want to restrict freedom.
