2. Ok, ok some Constitution needed
if this is uncovered BEFORE the electors certify the election, then Kerry will become the PResident

If this happens after the electors meet but before the Swearing In, this is a good question, it is really a point where the Joint Session would have to decertify the Electoral College

After the swearing in, this goes up to High Crimes and you need to speak of Impeachment, which is a poltical act, so our best hope is for people to wake up DEMAND paper trails and HOPE for clean elections in 2006... and we retake the house andthe senate for impeachment to take place...

There are some other routes which involve pressuring the USSC which can also go that route...

Still it really depends on the timing, and quite frankly our beset hope and least likely is before the electors meet on December

4. No
As I understand it, the president is the last guy who took the oath of office.

He could be impeached, of course, but only if it's proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he was directly involved in the fraud -- and the Republican-controlled congress agrees to that.

5. if something big does come up. this country will shut down.
both sides will immediately go to war on this, repugs are not going to accept now that bush could lose, they will see it as a liberal coup, and it will be the same thing from our side.

sending out annie coulter to slime keith olbermann is a sign that this is getting to them.
although i don't understand how anyone can stand against fair & transparent elections... seems like a loser to me.
i will be happy to hear the various wingnuts screeching "we are not cheaters, we are not liars"

7. Constitutional Crisis
It would make the efforts to oust the eminently crooked Richard Nixon look like a bum's rush. I seriously doubt that the Reptile majority in either Houses would really find much to object about even if irrefutable proof of election fraud were rubbed on their lacquered snouts.

My fear is that we could very well see the death of democracy in America moving from de facto to official as our so-called elected officials refuse to act, and an indifferent citizenry decides that their priorities lie with other things such as twinkie consumption and "reality" television.

Sorry, but I've come to believe it's worse than anybody thinks. The fraud in this election is the end result of a process that began with the impeachment of Clinton. We're looking at an end game now, and not a beginning.

11. Started way before Clinton impeachment
After Watergate, Repubs decided they would never get caught again. They've been pulling stuff all along. You could even make a case that they've been pulling stuff since Kennedy beat Nixon.

10. I'm ready for civil war at this time and have said so. The first big
problem to solve, for me at least, is at whom do I shoot? Not that popping caps at anyone with a * sticker isn't appealing mind you, but if I'm going to start killing the 'enemy' again, this time I want to be absolutely correct.
