Poll question: If America cares more about image than issues, who would win more easily?
Who do you think would get the most votes against Arnold in 2 years. My concern about Arnold is that the voters voted his way on the props and lost their head, voting for the gov't to have their DNA, to continue to send mothers to jail for stealing baby food for their children, against health care, and to end environmental and tobacco lawsuits. Based on California's 2004 vote, I don't think a politician can defeat Arnold. So the best may be to get a hot movie star that everyone will like better than Arnold.

Which of the following do you think would be most effective. If you have other thoughts, make note of them below.

8. Pierce used to be Irish. He became an American just before the election

He backed Kerry. He would need that Amendment to become Pres but he could be gov of CA in the meantime. Actually, all these individuals backed Kerry in the Presidential general election and have backed Democrats and Democratic causes for some time. Aflick also donated to Kucinich and heavily campaigned for Gore in 2000. Redford's one of the best environmentalists in America.

11. I nominate Tom Hanks.

My sister, halfway jokingly, suggested Tom Hanks as the next Democratic nominee when we were discussing that the Democratic Party just needs to recruit someone who is likable and who can memorize a stump speech.

Who doesn't love Tom Hanks?

(Oh no, the Tom Hanks haters will come out of the woodwork now, lol)

I was wondering if the Forest Gump role might hurt him. But he's come a long way since then.
