He's goin' absolutely nowhere if doesn't give it his best legal shot, when so many people can SEE that massive fraud occured in this election! If the Supreme Court stops him with some partisan and legally unbelievable decision, so be it, we know Kerry can't control THAT. But he can fight hard for truth and justice to the very end, and thus prove himself worthy of all the time, money and energy we invested in his cause.

1. You are sooooo right!

Corporate America controls the media and we get manufactured news.
Corporate America now controls the voting machines and we get manufactured elections.

3. Good link!
Thank you for that link, and here's another good one:

A professor in Canada put together a reading list of evidence of fraud in the 2004 U.S. elections. Will he be teaching a poli-sci course called "Stealing U.S. Elections 101"?

2. Think he gives a shit ?
. . .I keep hearing how they are working hard 'under the radar', but I sure as hell don't see any evidence of it.

5. He sure doesn't have much time to work "under the radar".
He's gotta make a legal challenge and bring media attention to the issue NOW!

4. It is time we left John Kerry alone to his own political devices
Edited on Tue Nov-16-04 03:41 AM by mazzarro
He has already demonstrated that he does not have the mettle to stand and fight for us anymore. Sometimes it is not good to be too calculating when one is engaged in a struggle and this election was one of those times. Let Kerry go back to the quiet ignominy of his senate life whilst we seek for a determined leadership from someone else preferably a person not bought and paid for by the DINO DLC/DNC leadership.

6. Yeah, Howard Dean would have fought the fraud!
Because he hasn't been absorbed in the fraudulent political environment of Washington DC.

7. It certainly is beginning to look like the final
"put up or shut up" time for Mr. Kerry. My best instincts cry out that somehow, Kerry has to be doing something we are not aware of. My pragmatism says stop dreaming and accept the fact that all those bastards are but cogs on the same machine.

8. Think back 4 years -- the media literally tore Gore apart
Edited on Tue Nov-16-04 04:05 AM by DELUSIONAL
The media acted like a pack of wolves -- and the DNC was worse than useless.

If Kerry exposed himself at this point -- the media (bushie's lap doggie of the vampire variety) would rip him apart and somehow the vote review would be sabotaged.

My feeling that Kerry at this point is irrelevant -- the third party candidates can challenge the vote count -- and Black Box Voting is positioned to be a consumer advocate. Sure we would love to have a leader put on his armor and recite a battle speech -- like one found in the Lord of the Rings, Twin Towers. But that can't happen -- The Oriks (sp?) have their weapons sharpened to take him down.

Look how everyone has pulled together again -- to do what it takes to expose the fraud -- no leader (like a Kerry or a Dean) is needed, but task leaders are emerging! We do have leaders -- and this is one of the major strengths of the democrats -- lots of creative talent among us. Liberals are the givers and GOPigs are the takers.

We are free to aim our attack at the media -- and the congress. So many people here have stopped watching TV -- making exceptions for a program or two. This is a good development -- we are not listening to the Rove propaganda -- we are searching for the truth.

In a way Kerry is using tough Love on us -- we are going to have to keep this battle up for probably the rest of our lives. We will often be left to our own resources -- and find new leaders.

Look at the way leaders in this battle to expose vote fraud have emerged?

We are getting tougher in this fight -- we are finding resources.

Air America Radio -- Randi Rhodes and Mike Malloy have been fantastic -- Randi put out a call to help fund the vote count -- and the website was nearly shut down -- BUT the money was raised in about a day!

Kerry is really limited -- and it will be our job to keep fighting to throw out the damned BBV machines -- and demand that each county use paper ballots. It will be our battle to win back our democracy.

Once we get paper ballots and an audit trail so that all votes are counted and aren't tossed based on dozens and dozens of often bogus criteria depending on local officials. We need ballot standardization.

This is going to be a very long battle -- the forces of evil are very strong.
