When it comes to minority conservatives, liberal bigotry knows no bounds. Readers of this blog will recall the recent racist scribblings of liberal cartoonists in hoods, Ted Rall and Jeff Danziger.

The great Rush Limbaugh has picked up on this thread, with links to new anti-Rice cartoons. Winfield Myers, who blogs at The Democracy Project, adds more here.

As Dr. Rice's star rises, expect even uglier attacks. There's nothing the Left hates more than a "person of color" who is a person of substance and stature and intellect and independence first.

Via Rush's radio show, they're at it again. Several liberal political cartoonists have produced drawings of Condoleezza Rice that can only be characterized as racist, patronizing, and grotesque. I took Rush's lead and found several more, all of which back up his, and many others', point that liberals frequently violate the most elementary rules of decency and fairness in punishing blacks who get too uppity for their ostensibly refined taste. The cartoons aren't merely parodies: they present a prominent African American in a way reminiscent of the racist cartoons of pre-WWII America. Needless to say, President Bush, the man who just bested them (with the help of Red State morons, of course), is portrayed as an idiot.

This is part and parcel of the left's embrace of moral and intellectual nihilism, which in turn has led to a belief that the ends for which they labor justify the means. Wilfred McClay wrote on this, presciently, this past summer.

Another Coulter she-devil who was ignored as a kid. There's already one too many of them.

The RW's plan of putting a woman and/or minority who is just as "touched" as they are is losing it's power of abuse. Too many people see through this facade and it's been played ad nausea.

Remember when Clinton was appointing colored folk to his cabinet and they were accused of being "affirmative action" appointments. According to the pukes, they should have chosen the "best qualified candidate".

This Bush administration deliberately isolated itself from attack by choosing overseer cabinet appointments. In their nomenclature they would say "our kind of nigger". Someone who's perfectly happy to climb a rope ladder than cut it for their peers once they've reached the top!!!!

BTW, I think Dr Rice's star has risen about as far as it will go. She can't run for elected office. Using her traditional interviewing techniques would entail a LOT of fucking. Pukes won't vote for "enners" and the Democrats certainly wouldn't run her!!!! Though, I'm sure that Bill Maher would let her occupy the Anne Coulter chair over on Real Time. ;-)

Don't know about the sluttish part, but as per RW propagandists, she's certainly slovenly with facts!

Where were they when Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton were being lambasted in a similar fashion.
