3. He looks worse and worse all the time

I've been noticing it for about a year now.

He looks puffy and his eyes are more than usually "slitty" for lack of a better word.

Even when he is smiling or laughing, he looks like he just pulled off a silent but deadly fart and is pleased with himself about it.
