What are we going to do when the Electoral College votes
if the Kerry/Edwards campaign does nothing to contest the election?

Ever since the election, I've been hoping and waiting. Convincing other people to be patient. That these guys are smart and know what they are doing. That when the time is right, this thing will blow wide open.

However, I believe the time has come. Next week is their last chance to put the brakes on this thing. I am still hopeful that Kerry has a few aces up his sleeve and will still surprise us.

All I know is that if in the end Kerry/Edward does nothing to fight back, I will no longer have anything to do with the Democratic Party or any of their candidates every again. Kerry will be so totally discredited that the only thing he should think about in 2008 is his retirement. I really hope this is not the way he plans to end an otherwise brilliant career.

So at this point, though I still hope for the best, I think we need to plan for the worst. So if the worst happens, what do we do next? What is the best way to continue to fight back? Where do we go from here?

7. The recounts are already uncovering the fraud
Unfortunately, the only places that have done any recounts yet are NH and WA but no recounts have happened of the votes for President. However, WA is heading for a hand count for the Govenor's race. The machine recount turned up discrepancies in almost every county.

8. The only "taking to the streets" will be
all the people going to the mall the day after Thanksgiving. Most people don't give a rat's behind, and nothing you are I do will change that.

11. Don't kid yourself
Dems love a good protest.

Millions of people have already marched, to protest the war, women's rights and at the Repug Convention just in the last couple of years. The next protest will be unlike any the world has ever seen. It will be huge.

9. Protests at all locations where the electoral college meets
Disrupt the meetings and don't let them vote until a full investigation is done. That might actually accomplish something more than the anti-war protests did.

I only thought of the idea just now. I'll research it though. I wonder if some group is already organizing something like this.
