Question on hacking the vote tabulators....
How would the hackers know the exact time to hack them if the machines were online only to upload totals? Or am I missing something here.

would be one instance of a well known 'moment' ...

Actually: there are numerous places and times to 'tickle' the data: at the precinct level and at the central tabulator level ...

3. It would have to be at the time the machines
were tabulating data and could also be accessed wouldn't it? There would be three main times the data was being uploaded, when sending in precinct numbers, when sending in county numbers to the state level and when sending state info to the A.P. tabulators for the news.

4. Do they have wireless connections? If so, someone could be
connected before data is uploaded and could "massage" the data.
