I read about this little faux pas of Dubya's in Sidney Blumenthal's account of his Royal Petty'ness' time down in Little Rock but I admit, I am a little stunned even now, seeing the photo. This guy really has no limits, does he?

One must wonder what he would have said if that was not the so-called President.
What really ticks me off is that this is Clinton's special day, and in this photo anyway, he looks like the busy day and travel has tired him (been there, done that). Bush is just a clueless ignorant, inconsiderate, megalomaniacal tyrant. Library inaugural in an article in Salon Magazine entitled The Clinton Counterlibrary (I think is the name of the piece) ... he also writes that when Bush was given his private tour of the library he really wasn't interested in much, except when he came to some windows and a full view of the Arkansas River where military boats had been stationed to protect Poppy's Nut Child.
