Different thing entirely than he won't run. If the push is big enough, they can get an amendment through in a year. I don't believe this will happen, mind you, but it is possible.

10. I fear this "amendment"

because I am sure that not only will it remove the prohibition of foreign born presidents, but it will conveniently remove the two term limit on sitting presidents....

Seems like Reagan was a proponent of that.

13. I suggest you take a look at the amendment repealing Prohibition.

The amendment was passed by congress in early 1932, and ratified by the states in December of the same year.

Arnod even made some off color remark and Maria had to sweetly cover up for him, Oprah didn't even call him on it.
