Bush Reporters In Canada: Top Priority is Flu Shots & What Else?
The very first thing U.S. reporters covering George Bush's visit to Canada did was get flu shots

So, the Top 10 media priorities for Bush's visit to Canada are:

#1. Get flu shot
#2. Buy Cuban cigars
#3. Hit the beer store for some high octane suds
#4. Retreat to hotel room
#5. Party like you're in a foreign country!
#6 - #9. YOU DECIDE - Please reply!!
#10. File a story or lose future travel privileges (oh so boring!)

In other news on the Bush visit, during a news conference, when the President was asked about Canada-U.S relations, the President relied: DUH?

3. I think this is hilarious....I saw our reporter on Parliament Hill saying
that he had been talking to some of his American counterparts and they seemed mostly interested in getting flu shots....wow ....what a joke!!!

The dinner menu tonight is Alberta Beef for the entree.

Not sure about Beaver Tails for desert. (the food, of course! Even the Canadian Liberals aren't that liberal! Besides, if it were the other beaver tail how would Bush's sacrificial food taster guiniea pig report back? "Tastes like chicken, Mr. President..." And what would Laura eat??)

until I read the recipe. I've been wondering what all these beaver tail references have been about, lately. Perhaps a double entendre?
:D
