Tucker Carlson hits historic low with anti canada remarks
Of course we've always thought Tucker Carlson is a tool. But today he enraged me and pissed me off more than he ever has. He must pay the price for this stunt. He was way out of line in the way he critized Canada. He was just too rude and arrogant and demeaning and condescending. I hope someone recorded it so we could play it back over and over and use this against him. As a way to go on the offensive and attack this prick let's label him a racist for hating Canada. Wolf Blitzer tried to explain Tucker was being sarcastic and tongue in cheek. I don't care, it was so annoying. Some high school kid might not know and now hate Canada too. Lets try to blackball Tucker from getting any more power than he already has. Start saving tapes of his ridiculous comment and hold him accountable for everything he says. We can't afford to let this prick get any promotions.

2. Say Action Jackson....
Could you either provide a link, or transcribe what he said? Then, let's get his email and email him what we think. Who was he airing for (i.e., CNN, PBS)? Let's also write the station too.

Thanks!

7. Caroly Parrish, the Canadian member of parliament put him in his place
REAL GOOD. She topped everything Tucker said....His insults were non-stop and she just stood her ground and made him look like a fool...He ended up looking like the smarmy little arrogant ass he is....I sensed that he knew he had been bested!

8. Tucker's smirking creepiness hits boorish new lows...
What a jerk. He does nothing to promote meaningful dialog. He was really insulting and should be bitch-slapped by an e-mail campaign demanding his firing.

Fucking ugly-American in the extreme.

No wonder the world hates us, this is how we are being represented.

20. That hasn't been my experience abroad.
Even before Bush, I found I had to shake off the ugly-American mantle before being accepted. People are, usually, very warm on an individual basis, but we have a collective reputation. It is much, much worse now.

But, your point is well taken.

12. He's now the Poster Child for Ugly Americans.
He criticised her stepping on a Bush doll. SHe explained it was part of a canadian comedy show, and was in effect making fun herself by doing so. Yet Tucker kept calling her a "doll stepper."

You could almost hear the smarmy self satisfaction in his voice as he said it, over and over.

What a brat.

and he makes a joke of our political process.

We don't need that crap as much as he imagines we do. Tucker and fellow Bozo David Brooks should go into standup and leave the politics to people who realize that folks get hurt--even killed-- over those stupid joking attitudes of theirs.

17. I was just starting to think he might have turned over a new leaf when I
saw him say on Election Night that he thought Kerry had won and he was eating so humble pie. That's really too bad if he's regressing again.

They say just enough to make unknowing Democrats believe that just may be fair.

Then, Wammo! They get zapped by the ROVE MACHINE and they instantly become the Manchurian Candidate.

21. Write CNN
And tell them what you think about the program.

If you didn't actually watch the show, be sure to mention that. Inform them that you'll only start watching their pathetic excuse for news when they get their shit together.

23. There was a time when the idea of hating Canada was so absurd
that it was used as a joke in South Park's "Blame Canada" song. Now I guess we are running out of countries to demonize. Great googly moogly - who's next?! Iceland? Maybe Monaco?

I mean really, besides some cold winters, what's not to like about Canada?
