2. i think "dennis the menace" was used for Kucinich
but in a nice fun way.

Hastert the Bastard is a better description of the asshole as it sounds negative.

4. Hastert the Bastard might backfire
He's said to be a classically "nice guy." Met someone who knew him when he was a basketball coach, who said of Hastert, "Decent guy, good coach, and in way over his head in DC." Maybe something kind of cute and kind of patronizing, like "Coach Denny"? Besides, we all know he just follows Delay's orders.
