1. Don't they get it!
There is not future for the Democratic party if they don't do something about the 2004 election NOW...not 2006, not 2008. RIGHT NOW!

I'm sick of this "future of the Dems" crap.

14. Isn't it possible
Edited on Fri Dec-10-04 02:54 PM by Zensea
to focus on more than one thing at a time?
I don't see why speaking about the future of the Democratic party such as Dean is doing and doing something about election fraud are mutually exclusive.
or why every Democratic leader has to be focused on election fraud.

There is something to be said for specialization, that is, for playing to your strengths. So the people who are the experts and have the information about election fraud should focus on that & the people whose strength is in galvanizing and organizing voters on issues and philosophy should focus on that.

It seems to me to critique someone for not playing to their strengths is a false issue.

Edited on Fri Dec-10-04 11:10 AM by papau
the Today show! Katie was mediawhore for rw view one time too many (granted she has miles to go to catch up to Matt).

NPR discussing the $2 trillion "NEEDED TO SAVE SOCIAL SECURITY OVER NEXT 10 YEARS" last night - and they are off my schedule for lies in at least the headline.

Life is actually better not listening to the lies.

6. Dean has been in the press so much lately
that I think he might just be the next DNC chair.

At first I thought it would be great if Dean were named DNC chair but it would never happen but now because Dean has been doing so much this week and this weekend supposedly the DNC is to meet I think he just might be the next DNC chair.

What do yall think?

8. Howard Dean MUST be...
If Howard Dean is not elected DNC Chair, then I for one will never waste another ounce of energy on the Democratic Party. Howard Dean was not the Democratic candidate this year because the DNC backed John Kerry. I believe that John Kerry did win the election, but by such a narrow margin that the Republicans were easily able to steal it without being detected. The fact that it WAS such a narrow margin when you consider that Kerry was running against the WORST President ever, is a disgrace. The pre-election polls were close, and that should have never been. If John Kerry was the BEST the Democrats could come up with to defeat Bush, then the Democrats are history. I’ve had enough of the DNC’c ’infinite’ wisdom. Let Howard Dean run as an Independent in 2008 and clean the clock of whoever the Republican OR Democratic candidate is!

9. Maybe they're just building him up again....to watch him fall farther
Feels like deja vu. But like the Energizer bunny
he's focused on the goals, not the chatter.

10. Like the fact that Dean is taking it to the establishment
in their mainstream media bastions and via the internet. Beard the lion first in its own den. Go Dean!

13. Russert will get the RW talking points
and ambush HD with a bunch of irrelevent stuff. How much do you want to bet this scream will be played?

Do you think Dean will ever get a fair hearing from the corporatist, racist RW media?
