As * has shown us time and time again, a lot of people don't listen to the concepts, they just like the sound of the program's name. "Healthy Forests" sounds good, but when you really look at the concept, * means to mow it down. "Clear Skies" means giving his friends, the pollution industry, more latitude in making our lives more dirty.
Black = white, Up is Down, and so forth. But not enough of us seem to care if they are in their alternate reality.
We need better names for things. We should accurately describe directions and programs with names with very easily remembered titles.
Instead of calling the rethugs on unfunded mandates, for example, we could describe our programs as "Paying Our Own Way". And so forth.
