Looks like they've met all the Nazi criteria. Fallujah is officially added.

Iraq President Ghazi Yawar accused the Bush administration of making a mistake by dismantling the Iraqi army after removing Saddam Hussein from power. Yawar warned that the growing instability and lack of security in Iraq could lead to a "Iraqi Hitler."
