The president of the Christian Coalition wants my phone number.
I sent a letter awhile back asking if they were indeed engaging in push polling and told them what a deplorable practice I consider it. I just now received an email from someone saying that Roberta Combs would like my phone number to call me and talk about it. I'm not comfortable giving out my phone number. Why can't her response be sent back in writing?

1. Write back, and say you want
a response in writing.

2. If you want to talk with her
You could write back and ask for an appointment time when YOU could call her to have a discussion about it.

That way you'll find out if they are really interested in talking to you or just mining your data.

5. I'm extremely reluctant to give out my phone number
I'm being a little more free since I'm moving out of state and this number won't be tied to me much longer.

There's so much info tied to your phone number. With that, they can get your address. With your name and address they can order a credit report (it may not have a lot of info, but they can get it).

I would ask for her number and an appt as someone else mentioned.
