I'm still working on it! What the legality of all this indeed means, I don't know. It does look interesting. And John Kerry will have all my energy and money if there is any hope.

However, by demonstrating publicly how the cheating was managed, and showing that *'s victory was a fraud, Kerry will at least succeed in undermining the legitimacy of *'s presidency and blocking it from doing much of harm they're planning over the next 4 years.

For someone expressing a humble opinion, you sound remarkably certain. It may not be a matter of Bush conceding, he's not been ratified yet, for crying out loud. And if it is, it will surely be accompanied by an enormous hullabaloo from all quarters, not just the Dems.

You've not really taken on board what the poster was saying about the crucial politics involved, have you? If they had the Internet forums of today, during Watergate, Republican trolls would have been peddling precisely the sort of doom and gloom and wussie ooh er.. aren't they STRONG sort of stuff you're doing.

Just because someone posts something you don't happen to like doesn't make them a "Republican troll" as you implied.

he will continue to do as he pleases. He will not be deterred from his vision of the work he is meant to do on this earth. Unless he is removed, the best that can come of this is a taint on those involved. It will not affect his behavior.

However, we also know that the bushits have enough money to buy the decision of all the federal judges like they did in 2000.

this is one of those "I'll believe it when I see it" kind of things for me . . . if it does happen, however, there will be no way for the media to continue ignoring the election fraud issue . . .
