The neoconservative blueprint for U.S. military domination is hardly a secret. A group called the Project for a New American Century--a think tank founded by hawks who now hold prominent jobs in the White House--released a version of it three years ago. The document is shocking in its candor: It asserts that the United States should be moving unilaterally to assert military control around the globe, and that all that's necessary to jump-start the effort is a "new Pearl Harbor."

this website has been around-and discussed-for several years now. Sort of reminds me of "Mein Kampf" in that the plans for the world are detailed-and nothing has been able to be done about it.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did order the 9/11 attacks, but I'm not convinced yet. I have no reason to think they were above it, though.

taking the day sept 11/01 all alone, all the odditys can be explained as happenstance, but...as mike ruppert says in recent issue of 'global outlook' magazine, the fact that war game exercises including hijacking of civilian jets and crashing them into buildings in new york washington etc have never been thoroughly looked at by congress says the 'execrcises' might be the holy grail of 9/11...check out 'tripod 11' or 'vigilant guardian' 'northern vigilance' and 'vigilant warrior' which were the names of the 4 exercises that were ongoing the morning of sept11th, and reduced the ability of the system to react to real emergency to only 8 aircraft! yet the newsmedia has barely mentioned these operations, which tied up the whole security apparatus at a critical time: dick cheney was onscene and in charge at the time the 1st jet was 'hijacked'
