What's up with all of those tons of missing explosives?

That was short lived.

But I didn't give it much thought at the time because I was worried that Brad and Jennifer might break up.

I couldnt agree more. I mean, what is the significance of a few billions dollars worth of lost weapons here and there, when Brad and Jennifer are calling it quits.

AP announced that terrorists were moving from Iraq to Europe. They have plenty of explosives that the US army has made available to them that they can use in Europe. If you think the people in Europe don't like Bushie now, just wait until he is responsible for killing so many people in Europe.

As explosives go I mean.

I can't remember the name exactly, but I googled it and researched it a little.

It wasn't TNT but something about 2.5 times as powerful. It also had a shelf life that is pratically forever, ya know the stuff that blows-up doesn't leak out and get unstable over time.

Takes a detonator to set it off too. Very much safer to use for the one setting it off.

There was only about 3 companies that make the stuff. Of course, the production of the stuff is tracked and its practically impossible for someone to get, unless you are government. They don't like just anybody buying this stuff.

I wonder why the military didn't think this stuff was important enough to guard until it could be destroyed?

Trying not to monday quarterback, but I'd think someone should have identified unexploded ordinance as being a high priority to guard.

Strange. Who planned this thing anyway?

Edit: Hey, I know. Nobody figured the explosive would be a problem as all the people in Iraq would be happy with the tanks and troops rolling in, after getting the shit bombed out of themselves from the air attack. So here is what was ordered: only guard those warehouses that have flowers because after we liberated them, the people would want to throw flowers in the roads as the troops marched by. Thats got to be it.

I guess they are still waiting for their ticker-tape parade...
