Current legislation indexed by keywords, detailed records of congress-critter activity, and so on. They have both RSS feed and customizable monitoring so you can monitor legislative activity relating to particular keywords, like "foreign policy." GovTrack just won the Technorati developers competition:

Last night Technorati, a blog search engine, announced the winners of their first developers contest, and GovTrack scored #1 for integrating the blogosphere with the world of U.S. legislation. Needless to say, this is a great start to 2005. (more) <2005-01-08>
