3. Dupe. And Springsteen and Rob Reiner were there too
Enough already. I admit I've smacked Kerry around a couple of times, myself, but let's give it a rest.

7. They're all in on it, I tell ya
They were laughing at us behind our back. Bruce, Dennis, Rob, Kerry, everybody, man, everybody.

No, he/she probably didn't like the responses. Not enough breast beating and Kerry bashing. To many facts, too many reasonable people. Just no fun when you're looking for ideological purity.

5. jesus h christ on a popsicle stick
A senator accepts an invitation to a party from the governor of most populous state in the country. be still my beating heart. seriously how many people are going to post about this complete non-story.

And dear god, can you imagine it...he spoke to dennis miller...a man who has his own political pundit show on a major cable news outlet, my god! must be Skull & Bones or something!!!

Seriously people, there are actual issues out there, there are actual reasons to criticize kerry, this clearly isn't one of them.

6. It only required one Senator to bring the agenda to discussion and Boxer
assumed that role as minority leader in the Senate. No one in DC, I assume, expected any more than that the issue get a hearing, which it did. Change will come out of that. Not a change in the 2004 election, but a change in future elections. I would guess it was a calculated party decision. I admire Boxer for her accepting the role her position requires.
