with a pause for applause but the sheep don't know when to clap until they've heard it a few times. BTW did the protestors turn their backs today, i missed the early coverage.

5. didn't see it
I could never make myself watch such a spectacle of hypocrisy and fantasy-mongering in the brazen attempt to candycoat what corporo-fascism is doing to this country and to people around the world.

It's too pukemaking.

I'm certainly glad to hear that the audience was less than enthusiastic. What about the cheering throngs lining the motorcade parade?

No protests?

Sue

7. Well, of course. his supporters can't even tell the difference
between pauses for clapping or pauses while he waits for his ear piece to catch up with him.

10. If this is the best he can do he's in for a rough 4 years.
Very flat - like he's going through the motions. Reading speeches isn't his metier.

16. I also thought I heard jeering and some unhappy campers...
could of sworn there was background noise during the swearing in of the Commander in Thief! The GOP is disgusting. Did we boo at that dick during Clinton's Library gig? No!! They are shameless! You can have all of the money in the world, but you can't by grace or class.
